"What a lovely day," Raggedy Ann told Raggedy Andy. "Today I will tend my garden."

She put on her sunhat and picked up her vase. She hugged Raggedy Andy and gave him a goodbye kiss. (Whenever Raggedy Ann left, she always hugged and kissed Raggedy Andy.)

She strode across the planters to her garden.

Raggedy Ann Swinging on her Rose Bushie Raggedy Ann came to her flower garden. She did some gardening. She cut one rose and put the rose in her vase. Raggedy Ann felt so happy that she started humming and swinging from her rose bush.
Raggedy Ann walked back through the planters.

Who is that, she wondered.

"Hello, Raggedy Ann," beanbag Raggedy Ann said. "Come enjoy the shade and my flowers with me. I grew the flowers myself."

"Hello, beanbag Raggedy Ann," Raggedy Ann replied. "What pretty flowers. I want a picture."

"Do you want me without my hat?" beanbag Raggedy Ann asked.

"No, no. You look fine. I want the watermelon vine in the picture. Wait a minute." Raggedy Ann moved around to get a good picture. "OK, I'm ready. Smile!"

"I need a picture with us together," beanbag Raggedy Ann said.

Raggedy Ann put the camera on a rock. She focused and pushed the self-timer button. She rushed to sit down by beanbag Raggedy Ann. Click! The camera took the picture.

Here is what it looked like.
